Delivery
Rental fee includes delivery of the equipment at the location both parties agree at. Rental fee includes as well the pick-up of the equipment at the location both parties agree at.
Deposit
It is needed to pay the deposit before the delivery of the equipment as follows:
- 50% of the rental price
Deposit will be returned in full in case the equipment is returned back in the same condition it was provided. Stroll'n'Roll will keep the deposit in full in case the equipment is damaged, broken or wasn't returned in the same condition it was provided.
Additional charges
In case of the equipment loss or stolen item, customer is obliged to pay the amount equal to the full replacement value of the new equipment.
Cancellation policy
Customer can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery arranged time.
